Do I need an account on your site to order?
No. However, creating an account makes it easier for your future purchases. It allows you to save your shipping address, view your past or saved orders and enjoy our offers.
How do I place an order?
Simply navigate to your item(s) of choice, and click the ADD TO CART button. Your items are now in your shopping cart!
Once you've added all the items you want to your cart, click on the cart icon at the very top of the page to view your cart.
Check that all the items in your cart are correct, and click CHECKOUT to proceed to payment. Follow the checkout process by logging in (for returning customers) or filling in your details manually (for new customers). You will be able to select your preferred mode of payment and shipping at this point.
Once you've completed the checkout process, please check your email for your order confirmation. Do contact us if you get confused at any point!
I have a discount/promo code. How do I use it?
You will be able to key in your promo code during the checkout process. On the checkout page look for "Have a discount code? Click here to enter it". Simply key in your discount code and don't forget to click 'Apply'.
Can I cancel or amend my order after submitting my order?
For orders placed before 1 pm, our promise is to have the order with you the next business day. As such, being able to cancel or amend your order after you have submitted it is evaluated on a case by case basis. We can't guarantee success, but contact us as soon as you can if you wish to make changes to your order, and we’ll see if we can work something out!
What is the currency used on the site?
All prices displayed on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We have integrated some popular international currencies you can select using the currency dropdown at the top of the site. Can't find yours? Let us know! We'll add it in.
